The Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training Program at The Adolphus Group is a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Frontline Supervisors (FLS) for effectively managing challenging situations while prioritizing the safety, dignity, and well-being of the individuals we serve. The primary goal of the CPI training is to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to:
